📋 Description

• Design, build, deploy, and operate production AI agents and workflows. • Integrate models and workflows with APIs, databases, and internal systems. • Create evaluation harnesses and test datasets to measure success metrics. • Implement LLMOps foundations: tracing, monitoring, and alerting. • Define autonomy gates and operational runbooks with domain owners. • Improve agents through production feedback and failure analysis. • Build reusable agent components for safe shipping on a shared paved road. • Stay hands-on in code, system design, debugging, and technical decision-making.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience building and operating production software systems. • Excellent engineering fundamentals, ideally in Python and/or TypeScript. • Hands-on experience building LLM applications or AI agents. • Practical experience with LLMOps: evaluation, observability/tracing. • Strong understanding of reliability and security in systems. • Experience with AWS, Databricks, Snowflake, and modern AI frameworks is a plus. • Product-minded and comfortable translating operational problems into systems. • Fluent in English and based in the European time zone (UTC+0 to UTC+2).
