• Be the main point of contact for our hotel clients, mastering revenue management and pricing strategies. • Own the full sales cycle from prospect to loyal customer—qualifying leads, driving compelling sales conversations, guiding them through setup, and ensuring long-term success. • Actively build and expand your own pipeline by developing strong industry networks, sourcing and pursuing new opportunities, and consistently closing deals. • Collaborate with our tech team, providing valuable input on product improvements based on real client feedback. • Shape the future of a fast-growing startup by bringing your creative ideas and fresh approaches.
• Strong background in Revenue Management or hospitality tech sales, with a clear understanding of hotelier needs. • Proven sales track record: from prospecting and lead nurturing to closing deals and exceeding targets. • Experience managing a pipeline across international markets, ideally in hospitality tech or SaaS. • Fluency in English, plus a minimum of two additional languages. • A problem solver with a passion for tech, numbers, and innovation. • A degree in business or hospitality is preferred, but practical experience is equally valued. • Enthusiastic, driven, and eager to learn in a dynamic environment. • Excellent communicator and relationship builder, comfortable working across cultures.
