📋 Description

• Responsible for expanding and managing the international company bike leasing offering (e.g., Jobrad) • Developing business cases as well as marketing partnerships and concepts for the leasing area • Central point of contact for internal teams such as Marketing, Retail, Finance and leasing partners • Building and further developing strategic partnerships in the leasing market with a focus on customer needs • Enhancing digital solutions to simplify the leasing process (e.g., online shop optimizations, API integrations) • Improving company bike leasing processes to enhance the customer experience • Strategically expanding and managing partnerships with company bike leasing providers • Interdisciplinary collaboration with Customer Service, Retail, Accounting and Marketing • Independently responsible for developing and refining monitoring processes

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Business, Sales or a comparable qualification • At least three years of experience in the leasing business or in B2B sales/marketing, ideally in the bicycle or mobility sector • Strong communication skills and negotiation aptitude • Independent, structured and results-oriented working style • Passion for bicycles, mobility and sustainable concepts • Very good German and English skills
