📋 Description

• Responsible for financial and business audits of companies across a wide range of industries, legal forms and sizes • Primary point of contact at client management level, including planning, organizing and leading all audit processes • Assume leadership responsibility, including empathetic team management and coordination of specialists from the ETL Group • Responsible for preparing proposals as well as process optimizations and quality controls to ensure the highest standards • Entrepreneurial thinking and acting in line with the needs of clients and the team • Together with highly qualified colleagues (m/f/d), you will manage challenging and varied projects

🎯 Requirements

• Successfully passed the Wirtschaftsprüfer exam (or nearing completion) — ideally with some initial leadership experience you can further develop with us • Interest in future-oriented auditing and an entrepreneurial mindset, with a desire for personal and professional development • Independent and goal-oriented working style, combined with a solution-focused approach to challenges • Excellent communication skills — both verbal and written — to interact effectively within the team and with our clients • Willingness to learn and commitment to continuously grow through new tasks and projects and to expand your expertise
