📋 Description

• Drive programme visibility and structure • You’ll manage programme plans, milestone tracking and cross-stream coordination • Support governance and decision-making • You prepare executive steering committees and programme boards, consolidate inputs, track actions and maintain the central decision log. • Ensure reporting excellence • You build crisp, consistent reports on progress, KPIs, and risks • Orchestrate units and pilot integration • You’ll help establish consistent ways of working, onboarding and coordination across entities • Own the delivery rhythm • You organise agile check-ins, retrospectives, and cross-functional working sessions • Enable learning & knowledge transfer • You maintain central templates, learning logs and tools that help teams scale faster and smarter

🎯 Requirements

• Background in programme management or transformation • 3–5 years of experience in a PMO, transformation office, or cross-functional project role, ideally in digital, energy, tech, or mobility sectors. • Structured, reliable, delivery-driven • Strong organisational skills, experience in tools like Jira/Confluence or Smartsheet • Confident communicator & facilitator • Business fluency in English, German is a plus
