📋 Description

• You advise our German and international customers and sell bicycles, bike parts, spare parts, apparel and cycling accessories • You record customer orders and handle complaints and warranty claims • You plan and design product displays in the shop • You perform basic workshop tasks • You hand over new bicycles to our customers

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training as a retail salesperson (Kaufmann/-frau im Einzelhandel), ideally with a focus on bicycle technology, or completed training as a bicycle mechanic (Zweiradmechatroniker/-in) • Enthusiasm for the bike and outdoor sectors • Strong service and customer orientation • Very good German language skills, both written and spoken, and confident use of MS Office programs • Knowledge of English is an advantage
