• Lead and manage direct and brokered sales teams across the Central Region • Develop and execute regional sales strategies and annual sales plans • Forecast sales targets by brand, product line, and market • Identify growth opportunities across key channels including: Distributor networks, K-12 Non-Commercial accounts, Large Local Operators (LLOs) • Guide pricing strategy and support negotiations with customers and distribution partners • Collaborate with Marketing and Product Development on new product initiatives • Monitor industry trends and competitive activity • Represent Rosina at industry events and trade shows • Partner with HR on talent acquisition, development, and succession planning
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred • 10–15 years of senior sales experience in a foodservice products company • Minimum 5 years of leadership / people management experience • Experience managing broker networks and distributor partnerships • Frozen foods industry experience strongly preferred • Proven ability to drive regional sales growth and strategic initiatives
