📋 Description

• Develop, validate, monitor, and evolve statistical, predictive, and Machine Learning models to support strategic business initiatives • Explore, analyze, and interpret large volumes of structured and unstructured data, turning them into actionable insights for decision-making • Conduct analytical studies and build models to understand customer behavior, identify patterns, and generate business opportunities • Design and implement scalable analytical solutions, ensuring result quality, efficiency, and reliability • Perform exploratory data analysis, hypothesis testing, and impact assessments to support strategic decisions • Identify opportunities to optimize processes using Data Science, Statistics, and Artificial Intelligence techniques • Work with data from various internal and external sources, ensuring integration, consistency, and data quality • Collaborate with Business, Data Engineering, and Technology teams to understand requirements and translate challenges into analytical solutions • Monitor the performance of models in production and propose continuous improvements to ensure accuracy and efficiency • Research, evaluate, and apply new methodologies, algorithms, and technologies related to Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Analytics to promote innovation and advance data solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field • Proven experience in Data Science applied to solving business problems • Strong command of the end-to-end analytics and Machine Learning model development lifecycle, from data exploration to deployment, monitoring, and production evolution • Advanced knowledge of Python and SQL for data manipulation, analysis, and processing • Experience with Data Science and Machine Learning libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, XGBoost, LightGBM, or similar • Experience handling, processing, and analyzing large volumes of structured and unstructured data • Experience with AWS data and Machine Learning ecosystem services • Solid knowledge of Statistics, Probability, hypothesis testing, statistical modeling, and model evaluation • Experience developing, validating, monitoring, and evolving predictive models and Machine Learning algorithms • Experience defining and tracking model performance metrics (KPIs and statistical metrics) • Knowledge of Git for code versioning • Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban) • Nice-to-haves: Experience with MLOps and model deployment/monitoring tools • Knowledge of Deep Learning (TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras) • Experience with LLMs, Generative AI, or Natural Language Processing (NLP) • AWS or Machine Learning certifications • Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
