• Payroll closing and finalization; • Management and submission of information to eSocial; • Occupational health management; • Assisting employees with questions about processes and benefits; • Benefits administration (healthcare, dental, gym, life insurance, transportation voucher (VT) and meal voucher (VR)); • Preparation and maintenance of documents and Excel spreadsheets.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or Accounting Sciences; • Intermediate Excel skills; • Familiarity with RM Labore (TOTVS) is desirable.
