• lead and execute vendor sourcing negotiations for projects and purchases • perform review, redlining and negotiation of vendor contracts • lead vendor negotiations ensuring compliance with Finance requirements • leverage legal expertise for contracts negotiated by the sourcing team • interact with RSM leaders for contract language and objectives • coach functional leaders on negotiation tactics • assist in contract interpretation related to termination provisions and performance
• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience • 3-5 years strategic sourcing experience • 3 years project management experience • Experience leading negotiation of vendor agreements • Knowledge of information technology concepts • Knowledge of privacy concepts • strong analytical and contract negotiation skills • strong price analysis and modeling skills • contract redlining to effectively review and negotiate changes to legal agreements • basic knowledge of Excel, Word and word processing skills • superior oral and written communication skills • ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization • exceptional listening skills
