📋 Description

• Manage and support a small team of Data Stewards (typically 25 direct reports) • Provide day-to-day direction, workload prioritization, and hands-on support for data-related issues • Coach team members and support skill development in data quality and revenue cycle processes • Monitor team performance against defined service levels and quality expectations • Oversee daily monitoring and validation of hospital data feeds for accuracy, completeness, and timeliness • Coordinate data transfers including file integration, secure transmissions, and API-based integrations • Support the integration of data into Lakehouse and downstream systems by working closely with IT and data engineering

🎯 Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in data stewardship, data quality, or revenue cycle operations (healthcare preferred) • 1-3 years of people leadership or team lead experience • Working knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle processes (billing, claims, denials, COB) • Familiarity with data integration processes and data environments (ETL, warehouse/Lakehouse concepts)
