📋 Description

• Configure and support integration-related system settings within Knowtion Health platforms, including: Status, Action/Result, and Closure Codes. • Facility and client mapping configurations. • Snowflake ELT pipelines, including data ingestion, transformation, and orchestration processes. • Inbound and outbound file configurations, validation rules, and data transformations. • Assist with migration efforts from legacy technologies to modern cloud-based solutions. • Process inbound and outbound files according to defined schedules. • Facilitate requirements gathering sessions with business and technical stakeholders, both internally and with clients. • Troubleshoot and resolve system, data, and integration-related issues.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Healthcare IT, or a related field; or Equivalent combination of education, professional experience, and demonstrated technical competency • 2+ years direct experience in or integrating with Epic, Cerner, Meditech, or other EHRs • 1+ years in healthcare revenue cycle management, preferably in insurance recovery, denials, and complex claims • Strong understanding of 835/837 transactions and associated claims, denials, charges, and payment data • Technical proficiency including SQL and hands-on experience with ELT processes and file configuration/transformation • Preferred experience working with HL7, FHIR, and APIs
