📋 Description

• Manage the Procure-to-Pay process for indirect materials • Execute procurement processes, including RFP preparation, supplier negotiations, cost analysis, and purchase order management • Respond to client inquiries regarding order status, changes, or cancellations • Manage sourcing activities to procure goods, materials, supplies, and services • Monitor supplier performance and contract compliance • Resolve issues related to delays, shortages, or quality to ensure uninterrupted supply • Prepare and analyze price proposals, financial reports, and procurement data • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and suppliers to drive cost-effective procurement solutions • Maintain compliance with company policies and contribute to continuous process improvements

🎯 Requirements

• Typically requires a University Degree in Business Administration, International Business, Industrial Engineering, Logistics or a related field with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field with at least 3 years of experience • Minimum 3 years of experience with SAP procurement software or similar ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems in a supply chain or procurement environment, including: Oracle, Epicor, People Soft, APEX or PRISM • Minimum 3 years of experience managing end-to-end procurement processes, including RFPs (Request for Proposal), supplier negotiations, and contract oversight • Advanced proficiency in English
