📋 Description

• Serve as a first-line resource for employees and managers by answering incoming team calls and providing accurate, timely guidance on RTX Global Time and Labor policies and procedures. • Create, triage, and manage service cases in the designated case management system, ensuring proper documentation, categorization, and follow‑through until resolution. • Effective customer support through reliable, quick, and accurate problem resolution. • Maintain a high standard of confidentiality, accuracy, and professionalism when handling sensitive employee information. • Identify recurring issues or process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance the employee support experience and ensure compliance. • Understand and ensure compliance with federal & State wage and hour laws and RTX policies.

🎯 Requirements

• An Associates degree (or other 2-year post high school training) • Minimum of 6 years of relevant payroll, timekeeping, finance, auditing, and/or compliance experience. • Strong PC-based skills • Experience demonstrating intermediate skills in MS Word and Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, etc.)
