📋 Description

• Working under/within the following U.S. Regulations; Export Administration Regulation (EAR), International Traffic in Arms Regulation (ITAR) • Perform most sophisticated JC classification analysis, determination, and validation (resolution of JC escalation, supplier issues, etc.) • Perform HTS (HS) classifications. • Support investigations and reviews of possible GT escapes and disclosures, root cause of escapes and implement corrective actions • Analyze business needs (including technology needs) with respect to export authorization requirements • Support Commodity Jurisdiction (CJ) and Commodity Classification Automated Tracking System (CCATS) to government agencies. • Support development and delivery of formal and informal JC and HTS Focal training and classification auditing • Must be willing and able to travel 10% of the time.

🎯 Requirements

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract • 3+ years prior experience classifying US Export Regulations (ITAR/EAR) • 3+ years prior experience classifying harmonized systems
