📋 Description

• Serve as an analytics partner to business and HR leaders • Communicate progress effectively and translate complex analytical findings • Partner with stakeholders to assess and prioritize analytics initiatives • Collaborate with the broader Workforce Intelligence COE to ensure operational analytics • Validate business requirements through prototypes, mockups, and documentation • Lead end-to-end insight delivery, defining scope and shaping minimum viable products • Apply best practices in data visualization and data storytelling

🎯 Requirements

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience • Minimum of 8 years of relevant professional experience, or an Advanced Degree and 5 years of experience • Progressive experience in Analytics, Business Intelligence, or HR Technology • Experience with people data is required • Hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker • Strong understanding of data warehousing, ETL, and reporting technologies (e.g., Snowflake, SQL) • Ability to understand business context and apply HR data across a range of workforce-related use cases
