📋 Description

• Support and maintain large scale S4HANA and supporting applications, particularly in collaboration with MSPs or through RISE with SAP • Sustain IT operations using ServiceNow and ITSM practices, ensuring smooth service delivery and governance • Own vendor relationships, tracking SLAs, KPIs, and driving accountability across managed service providers • Develop and maintain documentation of system processes, procedures, and IT governance standards • Monitor and report service performance, DR readiness, and risk posture to leadership, driving continual improvement • Monitor and optimize Azure cloud infrastructure, ensuring performance, scalability, and reliability • Strong understanding of identity and access management (IAM), including Active Directory and Azure AD • Design, maintain, and execute disaster recovery (DR) and business continuity (BC) plans across hybrid environments • Facilitate and conduct yearly DR/BC tests with vendors and stakeholders, ensuring readiness and resilience.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 8+ years’ experience with ServiceNow and IT Service Management (ITSM) processes • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) or related discipline or equivalent combination of related work experience and schooling in lieu of degree • Demonstrated experience developing, executing, and testing Disaster Recovery (DR) and Business Continuity (BC) plans in hybrid/cloud environments
