📋 Description

• Executes procurement processes and standards, including RFP management, negotiations, cost accountability, and program implementation • Serves as the primary point of contact for client inquiries regarding order status, changes, and cancellations • Collaborates with buyers on purchasing activities for goods, materials, supplies, and services • Prepares and processes purchase orders and payment approvals • Compiles and analyzes price proposals and financial reports • Assists in the development of request for proposals (RFPs) and bid packages • Maintains comprehensive records of purchases, costs, deliveries, product performance, and inventories • Manages relationships with designated suppliers within a specific commodity • Oversees schedules and purchase orders for Commodity • May be responsible for delivery assurance activities

🎯 Requirements

• University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience • Advanced English proficiency with the ability to communicate fluently and professionally in both spoken and written English.
