📋 Description

• Perform procurement and supplier administration functions in support of U.S. Government and Commercial (Domestic and International) subcontracts. • Administer and manage high dollar FFP/Cost Type subcontracts from $10K to equal/greater $50M. • Manage the overall sourcing and procurement activities from development through production and final contract close out. • Manage tactical and strategic aspects of supplier relationships. • Monitor and care for incoming supply of materials to fully support MRP and independent demand; includes interfacing with functional and internal support organizations. • Develop supply chain strategies and alternatives. • Develop solutions to problems of unusual complexity that require a high degree of ingenuity, creativity, and innovation. • Perform risk analysis including identifying risks, opportunities, potential impacts, and mitigation plans. • Lead the supplier organization team and be the focal point for subcontractor performance.

🎯 Requirements

• Typically requires a university degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience. • Experience working with Department of Defense supply chain procurement contracts and/or subcontracts. • Experience working with FAR/DFAR • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract. • Six Sigma and productivity improvement experience preferred. • Experience awarding and managing Cost type subcontracts. • SAP System experience.
