📋 Description
• Lead end-to-end optimization cycles: research → hypothesis → design → testing → rollout. • Conduct in-depth funnel analysis and competitive benchmarking to identify high-impact opportunities. • Design high-quality UI/UX mockups that clearly communicate your vision and maintain brand integrity. • Partner with engineers to ensure flawless test implementation and deployment. • Maintain uncompromising attention to detail and quality throughout the process. • Analyze test outcomes with statistical rigor, making confident scaling decisions. • Document learnings and build a systematic testing roadmap for continuous conversion growth. • Present insights and results clearly to stakeholders, building alignment and momentum.
🎯 Requirements
• Proven CRO Results: 3+ years of hands-on CRO experience, ideally with subscription or SaaS funnels, with documented performance lifts. • Design Sensibility: Strong UI/UX understanding, able to create compelling, detailed mockups. • Analytical Expertise: Skilled in platforms such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Growthbook (or similar). • Execution Excellence: Remarkable attention to detail with a bias for action in fast-moving environments. • Ownership Mentality: Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable being fully accountable for performance outcomes. • Communication: Clear, persuasive communicator with strong English skills (written and spoken). • Fluent English: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
