📋 Description

• Manage client needs while owning the analyses that drive insight, transparency, and informed decision-making • Work cross-functionally to turn data into meaningful stories that strengthen partnerships and guide process improvements • Building relationships and utilizing data to identify opportunities • Creating solutions that positively impact clients

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years working with external partners in account management, account delivery, or solutions consultants roles • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, including but not limited to reviewing and manipulating data in Google sheets, Excel, or Looker to determine process improvement initiatives. Must have experience creating or pulling your own data • Excellent executive presence and communication skills. Past experience communicating with external customers and executive stakeholders • Organizational skills; ability to project manage priorities across multiple stakeholders • Ability to gather “customer requirements”, work internally to determine what is available, and synthesize any actions needed for internal audiences • 2+ years experience at a consulting firm, health system, healthcare start-up, or health plan; understand either the health care ecosystem or quick-paced process improvement (preferably both!) • 2+ years experience creating and owning executive facing slide decks and materials
