📋 Description

• Identify and acquire new clients across the UK and Europe through outbound business development • Conduct cold calls, LinkedIn outreach, email prospecting, and other outbound sales activities to generate new opportunities • Research target companies, build prospect lists, and identify new business opportunities • Conduct discovery calls to understand client hiring needs • Build and manage long-term client relationships • Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from job briefing through to successful placement • Source, headhunt, screen, and interview South African candidates across a variety of industries • Maintain regular follow-up with both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines within South Africa • Negotiate offers and manage the placement process from start to finish • Leverage AI tools and automation to improve sourcing, outreach, and productivity • Create LinkedIn or social media content to increase brand awareness and attract both clients and candidates (preferred) • Lead the growth of RunRemote's South African operations as the primary person responsible for market expansion

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of agency recruitment experience • Proven experience managing the full end-to-end recruitment lifecycle • Demonstrated business development, client acquisition, or B2B sales experience • Experience generating new business through outbound prospecting and relationship building • Comfortable conducting cold calls, LinkedIn outreach, and email prospecting • Strong network of South African talent across multiple industries, ideally within startups and technology • Experience conducting discovery calls and managing client relationships • Ability to work independently with little to no day-to-day direction • Comfortable taking ownership, making decisions, and driving outcomes without requiring constant support • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Experience with the following tools is highly regarded: LinkedIn Recruiter, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM systems, AI recruitment tools, Email outreach platforms, Candidate sourcing tools, Lead generation tools
