• Manage the company's day-to-day social media presence across Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn. • Develop and maintain a social media content calendar aligned with business priorities. • Conduct market research and understand competitors' content trends - what's working and what's not; replicate best practices to help in building a lead pipeline. • Create engaging social media copies that reflect the company's brand voice and values. • Design and publish compelling social media content using existing brand assets, photos and videos. • Proactively engage with internal teams to identify content opportunities. • Monitor social media channels and respond to comments, messages and community enquiries in a timely manner. • Engage with relevant online communities, industry groups and conversations to increase brand awareness. • Monitor mentions of the business online and proactively enhance customer engagement. • Track social media performance and provide regular reporting and recommendations. • Suggest creative ideas and campaigns that help grow brand awareness and audience engagement. • Support with social media content on the founder's LinkedIn page. • Utilise AI and automation tools where appropriate to improve content creation and workflow efficiency.
• At least 5 years of experience in social media management, marketing or a similar role • Strong copywriting and content creation skills • Experience managing Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn business accounts • Experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar design tools • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong understanding of social media best practices and audience engagement • Experience developing and managing content calendars • Experience scheduling content using social media management platforms • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision • Strong organisational and time management skills • High attention to detail and a strong eye for branding and visual presentation • Creative thinker with excellent problem-solving skills • Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams to source content and ideas • Proactive, self-motivated and confident, taking ownership of projects • Open to feedback and able to refine content based on stakeholder input.
