📋 Description
• Lead and manage IT projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring adherence to schedule, scope, and budget • Facilitate agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets using agile and waterfall methodologies • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, designers, and stakeholders) to ensure project success • Identify, mitigate, and track risks and issues, removing impediments to ensure project progress • Communicate project status, progress, and challenges to stakeholders and leadership • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and disseminate agile best practices
🎯 Requirements
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in IT projects • Strong knowledge of agile (Scrum/Kanban) and traditional (waterfall) methodologies • Experience managing international projects and working with global teams • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills in both English and Portuguese • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong prioritization skills • Certifications such as PMP, CSM, or equivalents
