📋 Description
• Administer Azure DevOps and Project Center (project repository). • Manage access permissions for project tools. • Maintain and update dashboards (including layout improvements). • Build relationships with product leads and global stakeholders (advanced English required). • Provide training on project management tools (Azure DevOps or Microsoft Project). • Prepare and deliver concise presentations (status reports). • Organize and execute project-related activities, ensuring delivery of results.
🎯 Requirements
• Experience with Azure DevOps (Boards, Pipelines, Repos, Dashboards). • Experience using Project Center or other project repository tools. • Knowledge of Microsoft Project for scheduling (preferred). • Ability to manage access, permissions, and work structures. • Experience creating, maintaining, and improving status dashboards. • Ability to read and interpret project metrics: deadlines, risks, dependencies, milestones, effort, and progress. • Knowledge of Power BI (desired but not mandatory). • Familiarity with IT project concepts and terminology (development, testing, phases, deployment, backlog). • Understanding of agile and traditional methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall). • Activity management, task tracking, and follow-up with global teams. • Differentiators: • Experience with design • Knowledge of Power BI
