📋 Description

• Act as a Senior SAP Fieldglass Consultant in a remote role • Work on SAP Fieldglass implementation and support projects • Configure and parameterize the SAP Fieldglass platform • Work with third‑party hiring processes, onboarding, timesheets, service approvals, and billing/invoicing • Gather requirements and produce functional documentation • Work on integrations between SAP Fieldglass and SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA • Troubleshoot issues and drive continuous process improvements • Collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders • Assignment duration: expected 4 months

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Administration, Human Resources, Engineering, or a related field • Proven experience in SAP Fieldglass implementation or support projects • Strong knowledge of SAP Fieldglass External Workforce Management and Services Procurement • Experience configuring and parameterizing the platform • Knowledge of third‑party hiring processes, onboarding, timesheets, service approvals, and billing/invoicing • Experience in requirements gathering and preparing functional documentation • Experience with integrations between SAP Fieldglass and SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA • Strong analytical skills for problem solving and continuous process improvement • Excellent communication skills for working with technical teams and business stakeholders • Advanced English • Preferred: experience in SAP S/4HANA projects • Preferred: knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors • Preferred: experience with SAP Integration Suite, SAP CPI, or integrations via APIs • Preferred: knowledge of Vendor Management System (VMS) processes • Preferred: SAP Fieldglass certification • Preferred: experience in vendor/supplier management and service contract administration
