📋 Description

• Provide support and continuous improvement for SAP QM, including the analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of incidents, problems, and defects • Configure SAP QM solutions for new developments, business requirements, and implementation projects • Prepare functional specifications for enhancements and developments • Work with the ABAP team on enhancement development, problem analysis, and bug fixes • Plan and execute unit, integration, and regression testing • Support user acceptance testing • Ensure QM integration with EWM, PP, MM, and other SAP modules • Follow ITSM processes for incidents, problems, changes, and releases • Propose process improvements aligned with industry best practices and regulatory requirements in the pharmaceutical industry

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive experience in SAP QM support and enhancement projects • Strong hands-on experience with QM master data • Strong hands-on experience with quality notifications • Strong hands-on experience with quality cost management • Strong hands-on experience with quality inspections (inspection lots) • Strong hands-on experience with Batch Management • Strong hands-on experience with Usage Decision • Strong hands-on experience with defect recording • Strong hands-on experience with DMR (Defect Management Reports, where applicable) • Strong hands-on experience integrating SAP QM with EWM, PP, MM, and other modules • Good knowledge of SAP QM business processes in the pharmaceutical industry • Experience collaborating with ABAP teams • Knowledge of ITSM processes (Incidents, Problems, Changes, and Releases) • Advanced English proficiency
