📋 Description

• Receive, interpret, and transform briefs from local brand and business teams into creative solutions • Develop visual concepts, creative assets, and campaigns for different channels and audiences • Develop and adapt global or regional campaigns and materials for Brazil and other Latin American markets • Develop visual assets for social media, e-commerce, marketplaces, websites, and other touchpoints • Create and edit videos, animations, motion graphics, and audiovisual content • Adapt content for different formats, dimensions, and platforms • Develop or adapt packaging materials and visual communication materials, when needed • Use Generative AI (GenAI) as part of the creative and production process • Explore AI tools for generating, editing, retouching, and optimizing images, videos, and other content • Ensure consistency with brands’ visual and identity guidelines • Ensure technical quality, accuracy, and a high level of finish in all deliverables • Manage multiple requests simultaneously while adhering to priorities and deadlines • Handle fast-turnaround requests without compromising creative quality • Incorporate feedback and manage revisions through final approval • Collaborate with local and global teams, taking cultural differences and the specific needs of each market into account • Contribute to the evolution of content production processes, supporting scalability, efficiency, and innovation

🎯 Requirements

• Professional experience in Graphic Design, Content Design, Art Direction, Digital Design, or related fields • Proficiency in design and visual editing tools • Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects • Experience with video editing and/or motion graphics • Knowledge of content creation for social media, e-commerce, and digital environments • Experience adapting campaigns and materials for different formats and channels • Knowledge of and hands-on experience with Generative AI applied to content creation • Strong aesthetic sense and attention to detail • Ability to interpret briefs and turn direction into creative solutions • Strong organizational skills for managing multiple requests and simultaneous deadlines • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams • Ability to work independently in a remote environment • Preferred: experience at multinational companies or in global environments • Preferred: experience with projects for different Latin American countries • Preferred: experience with major brands and global guidelines • Preferred: knowledge of GenAI tools for image, video, and content creation • Preferred: experience with Figma, Premiere Pro, Midjourney, Firefly, Runway, ChatGPT, or similar tools • Preferred: knowledge of branding, 360° campaigns, and integrated communications • English and Spanish are a plus
