📋 Description

• Manage the end-to-end ingestion process for external data, processing and cleaning CSV and Excel files for timely CRM uploads • Develop, maintain, and execute Python scripts and SQL queries for deep data validation, transformation, and cleaning • Ensure a high standard of data quality and organization across the database through routine audits • Identify bottlenecks and proactively propose improvements to existing data workflows and quality checks • Research and help implement new data techniques, including API integrations and persona segmentation algorithms

🎯 Requirements

• Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken) • Strong hands-on experience using SQL for database management and querying • Familiarity with Python, specifically for data processing and automation • High proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets • Exceptional attention to detail and a strict quality-first mindset • Ability to manage multiple data projects simultaneously and hit deadlines • Bonus points for: Prior experience working with a CRM platform • Bonus points for: AI fluency and prompt engineering • Bonus points for: A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field
