📋 Description

• Manage standard localisation projects, including scheduling, resource coordination, quotes, budgets, and workflow execution • Handle essential administrative tasks and identify risks to ensure smooth delivery • Serve as the day-to-day client contact with support from senior project managers • Provide client updates and collaborate with cross-functional teams • Support account initiatives, process improvements, forecasting, and team knowledge sharing • Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to quality expectations • Produce reporting and post-mortems • Ensure resources are briefed and equipped • Support compliance and CAPA requirements • Work under senior project manager supervision while exercising independent judgment • Take responsibility for professional growth and contribute to team knowledge exchange

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years of project coordination experience, preferably in localisation or a similar field • Customer-facing experience • Conversational English proficiency at least at B2 level • Growing understanding of localisation project workflows and standard operational practices • Clear and professional communication • Strong organisation and planning skills • Ability to work under pressure • Ability to provide guidance to others • Ability to resolve issues efficiently • High quality and attention to detail • Client-focused, collaborative, and reliable • Proactive approach to developing new skills and learning new processes • Familiarity with CAT tools and custom workflows (desired) • Relevant four-year degree or equivalent (desired)
