📋 Description

• Annotate, evaluate, and curate text, video, and geographic data for training and improving generative AI and machine learning models. • Annotate data accurately and consistently according to predefined guidelines in the required language. • Perform basic research to ensure accurate annotation. • Provide feedback on observed patterns in annotated data and contribute to continuous process improvement. • Maintain attention to detail and quality throughout the annotation process. • Demonstrate continuous learning and adaptability; provide feedback and ask questions.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required. • Excellent comprehension and written communication skills in English. • Ability to work full time from 9 AM to 5 PM PST or GMT/IST (Ireland) — to be confirmed. • Familiarity with Excel or Google Sheets, including basic formulas. • Must successfully pass a client exam and interview with the hiring team. • A personal laptop/desktop to access RWS systems. • Detail-oriented with the ability to understand and follow instructions. • Ability to meet deadlines. • Responsible, reliable, and communicative. • Previous experience in data annotation or content review is a plus. • Familiarity with the Appen Annotation Platform (ADAP) and machine learning principles is preferred. • Experience in a professional work environment is preferred. • Previous experience with data annotation tasks is preferred.
