📋 Description

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers for all project-related activities • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to required quality standards • Set up and manage end-to-end project workflows using RWS tools, technologies, and best practice methodologies • Prepare project quotes, schedules, and resource plans aligned with customer requirements • Communicate project requirements to internal production teams • Maintain customer relationships and deliver high customer satisfaction • Support onboarding of new customers and guide them through RWS solutions, workflows, and processes • Participate in customer meetings, provide project updates, and complete follow-up actions • Manage project budgets, profitability, work-in-progress, purchase orders, sales orders, invoicing, debt collection, forecasts, and financial submissions • Identify and manage project risks, challenges, opportunities, issues, and mitigation plans • Maintain project documentation, including budgets, version control, purchase orders, invoicing records, and project archives • Ensure compliance with ISO standards, quality processes, internal governance, project methodologies, and operational procedures • Coordinate cross-functional teams and resolve issues • Support continuous improvement and identify best practices and operational efficiencies • Maintain utilization and capacity management data • Support operational planning, data accuracy, efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement • Share knowledge and best practices with colleagues and junior team members • Support mentoring, shadowing, on-the-job learning, and identification of training needs

🎯 Requirements

• Strong understanding of project management principles • Strong understanding of risk management • Strong understanding of ISO standards and compliance requirements • Knowledge of customer service and account management practices • Understanding of matrix organizations and cross-functional collaboration • Knowledge of customer industries, business objectives, organizational structures, and stakeholder management • Strong customer-facing communication skills • Professional verbal and written communication • Presentation and stakeholder management skills • Ability to explain complex technical or linguistic concepts to non-technical audiences • Strong planning, organization, and time management skills • Effective problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities • Risk assessment and escalation management • Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and locations • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Languages, or a related field • 3 to 5 years of customer-facing project management experience in a similar or related industry • Experience managing project budgets, schedules, resources, and customer relationships • Certified user of RWS tools and technologies (preferred)
