📋 Description

• Manage assigned localization and Linguistic Validation projects to meet delivery, quality, and profitability targets • Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope • Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle • Maintain accurate project documentation, trackers, and status updates • Monitor project budgets, invoicing, and change orders to ensure financial control • Escalate risks, quality concerns, and resource issues when needed • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational challenges and deliver high-quality outcomes • Ensure all work aligns with client requirements and RWS production processes • Support process improvement initiatives and localization best practices • Maintain accurate records and contribute to KPI and reporting activities • Build strong relationships with stakeholders and support client retention and account growth

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in Project Management, localization, or project coordination roles • Experience working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments with multiple projects • Good organizational and planning abilities • Financial awareness and budget management understanding • Experience with Microsoft Office and project management or localization tools • Knowledge of translation management systems, CAT tools, and AI-assisted productivity tools is a plus • Degree or qualification in Project Management, Business, or related field is preferred • 3–5 years of relevant experience preferred
