📋 Description

• Cooperate closely with project managers and internal supporting teams • Coordinate complex multilingual linguistic evaluation projects supporting AI/ML service development and refinement • Coordinate localization projects by distributing tasks to external translators or colleagues • Collect final outputs and resolve project issues • Monitor daily project progress and ensure milestones are met • Analyze processes and identify opportunities for improvement • Communicate in English by phone and email • Track work and create reports • Report to project managers and/or customers • Troubleshoot and solve problems • Create instructions and documentation

🎯 Requirements

• At least a high school education; university degree is an advantage • Ability to improvise and solve problems • Proactivity and good communication skills • Very good verbal and written English proficiency • Knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office • Advanced knowledge of Excel is a plus • Experience managing linguistic evaluation or data labeling projects is a plus • Linguistic background or experience is a plus • Previous relevant work experience and knowledge of localization are a big advantage • Attention to detail • Team spirit • Ability to learn localization technologies, including CAT tools, HTML/XML, and related systems
