⢠Partner with the Vice President for Solutions & Strategy to execute the annual sales plan including establishment of both monthly and annual sales objectives; execute Sales Plan objectives with all the relevant business units and functional departments of the company. ⢠Build a pipeline and obtain sales growth goals, working to meet expectations of $10MM in gross revenue and $1.5M in EBITDA ⢠Build a pipeline and obtain sales growth goals of $150M in Freight Under Management within the Managed Transportation solutions. ⢠Successfully manage customer needs to meet objectives of the company's overall business plans and strategies ⢠Identify and develop new customers for Dedicated & Managed Solution Transportation products and services. ⢠Use knowledge of market and industry trends, competitors, and leading customer strategies to analyze/evaluate the effectiveness of current sales, methods, costs, and results. ⢠Represent RXO at various trade shows, community events, and/or business meetings to promote the company. ⢠Quarterback key customer relationships with expectations to drive growth and new business development.
⢠Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience ⢠7 years sales experience in the asset based Dedicated Transportation & Managed Solutions Selling ⢠Experience with Microsoft Office (Project, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) ⢠Availability to work a flexible schedule, which may include weekends; travel 75% of the time. ⢠Experience meeting and exceeding sales goals ⢠Ability to work seamlessly with operations and execute initiatives. ⢠Strong ability to establish and maintain effective, collaborative work relationships both internally and externally.
