📋 Description
• Leads the most complex, strategic, or high-risk placements • Serves as a subject matter expert on markets, programs, and solutions • Advises brokers and sales leaders on optimal placement strategies • Designs and presents sophisticated marketing and solution proposals • Guides resolution of escalated issues and nonstandard scenarios • Influences placement policies, procedures, and best practices • Coaches and reviews work of specialists and associates • May be accountable for delivery of tactical placement goals through the team
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree • 8+ years of related experience (or equivalent) • Insurance licenses or designations may be beneficial but are not required
