• Oversee facility startups • Manage vendor partnerships • Coordinate automation installations • Train maintenance leadership • Drive cost savings initiatives • Analyze performance data to drive improvements • Identify and mitigate risks across startup projects • Support underperforming sites with leadership resources
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or Industrial Engineering, Preferred • H.S. Diploma/GED, Required • 8 years or more in experience in facilities leadership, engineering support, or maintenance operations, Required
