📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and cultivate a team of SEO professionals, instilling a culture of continuous learning and professional growth • Establish clear performance expectations, KPIs, and objectives for team members, providing consistent guidance and constructive feedback to drive individual and collective excellence • Develop and implement comprehensive metrics to measure departmental performance, regularly updating senior management on progress and achievements • Conduct regular training sessions and performance evaluations • Exercise oversight across all aspects of SEO, from comprehensive keyword research to meticulous on-page optimization, technical SEO audits, and impactful link-building initiatives • Foster seamless collaboration with cross-functional teams to align SEO initiatives with overarching marketing objectives, optimizing workflows for maximum efficiency and impact • Other duties as assigned by management

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of hands-on SEO experience in a high-growth marketing agency environment • 3+ years of people leadership and management experience • In-depth understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices • Experience managing or leading a team of SEO team members • Proficiency in SEO tools and analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEMrush • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities • Ability to adapt quickly to evolving SEO trends and algorithms
