📋 Description

• Play a central role in building and scaling a high-performing investment platform. • Lead investments from origination through exit. • Work closely with co-founders, the CFO, and investment colleagues to drive aligned execution. • Help shape the firm’s investment culture and portfolio. • Drive exceptional returns for our shareholders.

🎯 Requirements

• An experienced investor with a strong track record in private equity / growth equity with climate / cleantech exposure (i.e. worked on 10+ deals end to end). • A rigorous thinker with excellent financial, analytical, and judgment skills. • An advanced degree (PhD or similar) is highly regarded, particularly if it allows you to de-risk emerging technologies through a technical lens. • A trusted partner to management teams who balances ambition with discipline. • A direct, thoughtful and collaborative leader who combines high standards with low ego. • Motivated by ownership, responsibility, and building something enduring. • Attracted by the opportunity to redefine venture investing and significantly accelerate the transition to a more sustainable world. • Looks for someone who sees obstacles as opportunities and doesn’t take no for an answer.
