📋 Description

• Manage product send-outs to a high volume of creators, ensuring every shipment is accurate and on time • Verify addresses, generate labels, and coordinate with fulfillment/warehouse partners • Track shipments and proactively resolve delays, returns, and lost packages • Support surge fulfillment for experiential events, product launches, and large-scale gifting waves • Process returns and exchanges for incorrect, damaged, or undeliverable shipments • Maintain accurate records in the creator CRM/tracker • Reconcile gifting inventory against actual shipments and identify discrepancies • Flag stock shortages or fulfillment bottlenecks • Communicate shipment status and tracking information to creators and the Coordinator • Keep the Coordinator updated on fulfillment progress

🎯 Requirements

• 1–2+ years of experience in fulfillment, logistics, order processing, or virtual assistant work • Highly detail-oriented and organized • Comfortable managing high shipment volumes under deadlines • Experience with shipping/fulfillment platforms and spreadsheets • Clear written communication • Experience supporting an influencer or creator gifting program • Experience with shipping platforms like ShipBob or similar • Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently across time zones
