📋 Description
• Book and coordinate outbound freight shipments with carriers • Schedule pickups, track shipments, and monitor status in TMS • Maintain strong relationships with carriers, brokers, and 3PL partners • Proactively identify and resolve shipping issues flagged in TMS • Work closely with internal teams to ensure coordination across outbound shipping operations • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of transportation activities • Interpret outbound shipment requests and execute logistics tasks
🎯 Requirements
• 1-3 years of experience in logistics, transportation coordination, or freight management • Familiarity with third-party logistics providers and transportation workflows • Demonstrated experience coordinating freight bookings • Strong ability to manage and monitor multiple outbound loads simultaneously • High level of accuracy when handling shipment documentation and operational tracking • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills • Comfortable working with Transportation Management Systems (Uber Freight preferred) • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
