📋 Description

• Manage recruitment, candidate sourcing, screening, and hiring for internal roles • Oversee inventory tracking, stock replenishment, and supply chain coordination • Lead customer service operations, monitor KPIs and SLAs, and handle escalations, chargebacks, and suspicious orders • Coordinate invoice processing, payroll, and payment tracking • Develop SOPs, onboarding workflows, and internal processes • Work closely with founders and team leads to resolve operational challenges • Manage multiple areas of the business, solve problems independently, and keep people and processes moving

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience in eCommerce operations, preferably with subscription-based brands • Familiarity with subscription tools such as Loop Subscriptions • Experience managing full-cycle recruitment and hiring • Knowledge of inventory, supply chain, and customer service operations • Strong organizational and cross-functional communication skills • A proactive, flexible, and resourceful mindset with a strong sense of ownership • Willingness to work with Amsterdam/Dubai time zones • Comfortable coordinating with teams across different time zones, particularly Amsterdam and Dubai
