📋 Description

• Be responsible for driving sales and market growth across your designated region and managing customer relationships. • Lead and manage the sales activities within the assigned region, including prospecting, lead generation, pipeline management, and closing sales for our products, services and solutions. • Deliver ambitious but achievable monthly sales targets. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, contractors, and consultants. • Ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term business partnerships. • Implement regional sales strategies and marketing initiatives to meet or exceed sales targets. • Identify new business opportunities and untapped markets within the region. • Conduct regular market research and exploration of new sales opportunities.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in business administration, engineering or related field. • Knowledge of energy-efficient ventilation technologies and sustainable building practices. • Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. • Certification in sales or HVAC-related disciplines • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Deep understanding of the industry, competitors, and market trends to identify opportunities and position products effectively. • Strong problem-solving capability to quickly address challenges, whether it's a sales obstacle or customer issue. • Efficiently managing multiple priorities, deadlines, and sales processes to maximize productivity. • Being flexible in managing different personalities, business environments, and sales strategies.
