📋 Description

• Draft, review, and negotiate IT contracts, agreements, and other legal documents, with a strong focus on European and international jurisdictions. • Handle claim cases, disputes, and legal issues that may arise in contractual relationships, ensuring that company interests are protected. • Provide legal support on regulatory compliance related to data privacy, IP, and software licensing. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (C-level, HR, Sales) to ensure legal compliance within business processes and contractual obligations. • Establish and maintain efficient processes for contract management, including risk assessment and mitigation strategies. • Keep up-to-date with European IT and data privacy laws, ensuring compliance in all business operations.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law; • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience as a lawyer, with a background in IT law and handling disputes or claims. • Proven experience in European contract law and familiarity with the regulatory landscape in the EU. • Excellent negotiation and drafting skills for complex IT agreements. • Strong problem-solving abilities, particularly in managing legal disputes or claims. • English language proficiency at least intermediate level or higher • Ability to work efficiently in a remote and fast-paced IT-driven environment.
