📋 Description

• Design product interfaces by proposing solutions for assigned tasks while proactively identifying and recommending improvements beyond the original scope. • Create new and maintain existing design systems and UI kits, ensuring consistency and scalability across products. • Collaborate closely with developers to ensure designs translate accurately into production. • Follow established AI integration processes within the design workflow and suggest improvements to evolve them further. • Facilitate workshops with stakeholders, presenting and defending design decisions and concepts with clear, well-reasoned arguments.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of professional UI/UX design experience, with a portfolio demonstrating end-to-end work; • Proficiency in maintaining and evolving design systems, including a deep understanding of variables and tokens; • Solid grasp of web and mobile design principles, platform conventions, and responsive design; • Experience planning and facilitating client workshops, ideation sessions, and brainstorming; • Strong user research and usability testing skills, with the ability to translate findings into design decisions; • Active use of AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Figma Make, etc.) as part of your design process; • Ability to clearly present and defend design decisions to stakeholders, developers, and clients.
