📋 Description
• Serve as technical SME for Curam-based eligibility systems, including architecture, design, and integration • Analyze current-state eligibility systems (e.g., MEDES / Curam-based platforms) and identify constraints and modernization opportunities • Support transition planning from legacy eligibility platforms to future-state solutions (e.g., ServiceNow / modular architecture) • Define integration patterns and APIs between Curam and external systems (MMIS, federal data sources, identity verification, etc.) • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on: Workflow redesign Citizen engagement functionality Data exchange and verification requirements • Support H.R.1-driven changes, including: Work requirements tracking Eligibility redeterminations Enhanced verification processes • Provide input into solution architecture, technical roadmap, and implementation planning
🎯 Requirements
• 8+ years of experience with IBM Curam (now Merative Curam) • Experience as a Solution Architect or Technical SME on eligibility systems • Strong knowledge of: Medicaid / public assistance eligibility systems MAGI eligibility, SNAP, TANF (preferred) • Experience with: System integration (APIs, data exchanges) Large-scale government system modernization efforts • Ability to work in a multi-vendor, SI-led environment
