📋 Description

• Tackling large-scale challenges within internal projects • Collaborating with teams of engineers, accounting and finance professionals, and technical business analysts to define and design processes • Building strong relationships with stakeholders to understand project ecosystems and identify where solutions will be implemented • Navigating ambiguous situations to comprehend new business domains and challenges • Staying up to date on new technologies and tools relevant to the work performed at Monks • Providing constructive ideas and feedback to improve processes and practices • Managing the day-to-day execution of various initiatives assigned by your supervisor, product management, or their designee • Other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of accounting/finance experience and/or experience implementing ERP systems (Netsuite or similar) • Strong reporting capabilities using various tools and technologies • Project management expertise, with experience adhering to strict project timelines and objectives • Proficient in defining and mapping processes and workflows to ensure finance teams have clear guidance • Self-directed and organized, with the ability to lead and coordinate the work of others while meeting target deadlines • Experience with NetSuite • Prior ERP implementation and Salesforce experience is a plus
