📋 Description

• Maintenance of customer and account data (current and investment accounts) • Creation of OSPlus credit cases for further processing by account managers (m/f/d) • Derivation, review and technical setup of account groupings • Support with KYC and identity verification • Balance confirmations • Same-day account disposition • Document management and support for Sales with archiving in the OSPlus archive

🎯 Requirements

• Successfully completed vocational training as a bank clerk (m/f/d) • Ideally, some initial professional experience • Good, up-to-date professional knowledge • High attention to detail and accuracy • Strong service and customer orientation
