📋 Description

• Conduct regular meetings with the clients you manage • Analyze their strengths and weaknesses in the card business and proactively propose measures for improvement • Promote and place new products and add-on services • Create and maintain presentation materials with a confident command of language and a keen eye for detail • Train advisors at Sparkassen (savings banks) on all card products/services as well as other payment products • Represent qards at external conferences, trade fairs and workshops • Support and attend internal company events

🎯 Requirements

• Completed commercial vocational training, preferably with an additional business qualification (e.g., Sparkassen-Betriebswirt / savings bank business administrator) • Experience in comparable roles, ideally within the banking sector • Knowledge of the card business or the payments sector (preferably with Sparkassen) • Strong organizational skills • Excellent communication skills • Confident and friendly demeanor • Willingness to travel and a valid driver's license • Proficient in common MS Office applications • Fluent German (C2) and good English skills (B2)
