📋 Description

• Support the sales team with administrative tasks, including customer communication • Maintenance of customer and account data (current and investment accounts) • Creation/entry of OSPlus loan cases for further processing by customer advisors (m/f/d) • Identification, review and technical setup of complex product associations/bundles • Support with KYC and identity verification • Balance confirmations • Same-day account disposition • Document management and support for the sales team in archiving within the OSPlus archive • Monitoring and execution of interest rate adjustments • Assistance with disbursements according to construction progress

🎯 Requirements

• Successfully completed vocational training as a bank clerk (m/f/d) • Initial professional experience preferred • Extensive and up-to-date specialist knowledge • High attention to detail and accuracy • Strong service and customer orientation • Business-fluent German language skills • Desirable foreign language skills in English or French
